Then i dunk out the puck, rinse the PF in the sink, brush and flush out some left over grounds from the grouphead, and flush out some water from the steam wand, then it's time to froth. The extraction was a bit off but that can be corrected once you get the hang of it. The shot produced was very good. A setting of 223F results in a 199F at the portafilter, tested with a digital thermometer. A triple basket was used.
